One evening, Griffin found him alone in his office.
“Sir.”
Dominic looked up.
“What?”
“The board wants you to step down.”
Dominic stared.
Then nodded.
“All right.”
Griffin looked surprised.
“Sir?”
Dominic leaned back.
“I spent years believing the company was everything.”
He looked toward the photograph on his desk.
