The boardroom erupted into an uproar of absolute, unadulterated outrage.
Three elderly directors slammed their fists onto the table, glaring at Julian Sterling with open disgust.
“You monstrous dog!” Director Harrison roared. “You stole Alexander’s newborn child for money?!”
Federal Marshals stepped forward, seizing Julian Sterling by his collar, pinning him face-down onto the mahogany table, snapping heavy steel handcuffs shut around his wrists.

“Julian Sterling, Victoria Vance, Eleanor Vance,” Detective Vance declared. “Under Federal Warrants 901 through 904, you are placed under immediate arrest for Capital Kidnapping, Premeditated Conspiracy to Defraud an Estate, and High-Level Financial Racketeering.”
Julian wept and thrashed against the table, begging for mercy: “Alexander! Please! I’m your blood! We grew up together!”
Alexander looked down at him with cold, absolute finality.
“My blood is in my arms, Julian,” Alexander replied softly. “You are merely a criminal whose time has expired.”
Six months later, the United States District Court delivered the final sentences:
Julian Sterling: Life Imprisonment at ADX Florence Supermax without parole.
