"Pursuant to Article 8 of the corporate charter regarding criminal embezzlement and moral turpitude, I officially move to strip Julian Sterling of all executive titles, revoke his stock options with prejudice, and refer his financial records to the United States Attorney’s Office for criminal prosecution."

"Seconded," called out Marcus Thorne, the senior director.

"All in favor?" Arthur asked.
